Office of Curriculum and Instruction Secretary- Level 1
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of secretarial experience (preferred)
- Formal secretarial training (a plus).
- Experience working in a school setting (a plus).
- Ability to articulate/collaborate with multiple district offices.
- Solid knowledge of Google Apps for Education (docs, sheets, gmail, calendar).
- Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain ongoing confidentiality.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse leadership styles and office staff.
- Knowledge/experience with various online platforms and student management systems.
- Knowledge/experience with online purchase order systems (ie: Systems 3000).
- Bilingual (a plus)

Salary:
- Prior secretarial experience in an educational institution: (min.) $47,129 - (max.) $51,229
- Prior non-educational, corporate business, or legal experience: (min.) $47,129 - (max.) $50,329
