Semi Driver-Aggregate Hauler

Holcim US is hiring full-time semi-haulers for our Western Minnesota locations hauling Aggregate products. We are looking for drivers who are adaptable, patient, and self-reliant. Drivers go home at the end of the day and can point to what they helped build in their community.

• Safely and efficiently hauls and delivers materials to and from vendors and job sites

• Conducts pre and post-trip vehicle safety inspections and makes sure equipment is safe and in good working order

• Ensures that safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed at all times

• Communicates with load and unload areas, hauls materials safely to designated areas maintains safe speed, and observes all haulage

• Identifies safety problems or concerns and reports any unsafe conditions to the supervisor, including near misses and areas where safety can be improved

• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range: 26.94-28.33 per_hour, General Benefits:

Job Requirements

• Flexibility - overtime and Saturdays may be required

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations

• Must possess a valid Class A (for Tanker/End Dump positions),must pass DOT drug screen and obtain and retain a DOT physical card

• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal professionally with product suppliers, plant employees, dispatchers, mechanics and other drivers
