Position Summary
This is a production role for a closer who understands how to generate and close revenue in a structured environment.
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing medical and mental health practices that align with our services and profitability standards.
This role owns the full sales cycle from outreach through signed agreement and onboarding transition. The expectation is consistent production, accurate forecasting, and accountability to revenue targets.
This is not for everyone.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Generate and close new business with qualified practices
Own the full sales cycle from discovery through signed agreement
Prospect and develop relationships with practice owners and leadership teams
Conduct structured discovery calls to assess revenue, operations, and fit
Present services, pricing, and value clearly and confidently
Secure documentation required to verify client collections
Prepare and present proposals
Handle objections and close within approved parameters
Maintain strict CRM discipline using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Provide accurate weekly pipeline reporting and forecasting
Ensure smooth transition of new clients to operations after close
Ideal Client Profile
Medical and mental health group practices
Minimum $50,000+ in monthly collections
Group practice or multi state organizations
Operationally ready for outsourced billing and growth
Lead Ownership
You will own all assigned leads from first contact through close
Ownership transfers to operations only after contract execution
Commission applies to both company provided and self generated leads once assigned and owned through close
Compensation
Base Salary
$60,000 annually
On Target Earnings (OTE)
$120,000 to $180,000+
Uncapped earnings
Commission is based on verified client monthly collections with structured tiers
Accelerator applies above quota
Bonus awarded for meeting or exceeding monthly quota
Retention bonus paid at 12 months
Performance Expectations
Expected to generate $25,000+ in new monthly recurring revenue
Success in this role is measured by
New revenue generated
Pipeline development and consistency
Close rate and deal size
Forecast accuracy
Client retention
Non Negotiable Expectations
Daily prospecting activity is required
CRM must be updated in real time with all activity and deal stages
Weekly pipeline and forecast reporting is mandatory
Must be comfortable discussing revenue, collections, and financial performance
This is a closing role, not an account management position
High accountability and follow through are required
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
Proven ability to close service based agreements
Healthcare, medical, or mental health industry experience preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Financially literate and comfortable discussing revenue performance
Self motivated, disciplined, and accountable
