Description

Senior Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing, multi-brand organization. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to own full-cycle accounting across a portfolio of operating brands and serve as a critical financial backbone for the organization. This role goes beyond compliance and reporting — the ideal candidate brings strong accounting fundamentals, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to understand how businesses operate, identify issues early, and improve processes at scale.

This position sits at the intersection of accounting, finance, and operations. You will work closely with brand leadership, integration teams, and corporate finance partners, providing broad exposure across the organization. High performers in this role will have opportunities to grow into accounting leadership, FP&A, or M&A integration roles as the platform continues to scale.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow with a dynamic organization.
