Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $75,000-80,000
Job Type: Full Time

What We're Looking For:

• The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university
• They are looking for someone with 2+ years of accounting experience in real estate or experience with full cycle accounting

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in all closing processes and financial statement preparation
• Manage the fixed asset accounting function for your assigned properties
• Makes recommendations and creates plans to improve internal controls when necessary
• Performing P&L analysis and ad hoc reporting when necessary
• Daily and weekly balance sheet reconciliations and checking for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Applies standard GAAP methods; makes recommendations to improve practices or procedures.
• Creating journal entries and doing bank reconciliations
