Senior HVAC Technician

Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr + Bonuses + Company Truck & Excellent Benefits

Senior HVAC Technician - Clearwater, FL

• Scheduling and coordination of service jobs on a day-to-day basis on dispatch software with office manager (provide input to office manager for scheduling as needed)
• Provide accurate related financial and logistical information (invoices, etc.) to the office manager
• HVAC and Refrigeration Technician duties as needed:
  • take care of calls on the field as needed
  • assist on system installs or change outs as needed
• Answering customer phone calls and inquiries as necessary (first customer contact with the front office, but calls forwarded as needed)
• Need to be available for extended hours on-call coverage for service calls as needed (typically rotation, evenings and weekends, not 24/7)
• Any and all other service items within the company
• This role reports to the General Manager and the Office Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician
• Experience with Commercial and residential HVAC applications
• Experience with light refrigeration (optional, but desired)
• Proficiency using computer applications (dispatch software, smartphone, etc.)
• The ideal candidate will have a certain level of proficiency with "people management soft skills" in order to create a positive work environment
• Must have great customer service and presentation skills
• Need to have clean driving record
• Need to be able to pass background check
