Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of tax experience in public accounting or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with tax software (preferred but not required)
