Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Appointment Coordinator to join our team at a premier Porsche dealership. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and elevated service experience by managing inbound and outbound appointment scheduling, optimizing shop capacity, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the Porsche standard. Our goal is to elevate every customer interaction and consistently exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound service appointment scheduling
  • Proactively contact clients for maintenance and service needs
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Shop Foreman for efficiency
  • Maintain accurate appointment and customer data
  • Confirm and follow up on appointments
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience

Qualifications

  • Experience managing appointments in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Passion for customer service and satisfaction

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CSV file handling
  • Experience with CRM and scheduling systems
  • Ability to manage data and basic reporting
