Service Warranty Booker at Arrigo CDJR Fort Pierce

Arrigo CDJR Fort Pierce is hiring a Booker for the service department. Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researches, connects, and resubmits rejected claims within 5 days
  • Reconciles Vendor Accounts
  • Maintains accurate filing system or parts to be shipped back to factory or distributor, or to be scrapped.
  • Builds productive working relationships; consults with others as necessary.
  • Maintain positive, professional working relationships in all situations with department employees.
  • Analyzes problems, identifies trends, and develops strategies to maximize claim process.
  • Completes reports as established by dealership
  • Applies information found in manuals publications, bulletins, and other documents.
  • Maintains an organized and professional environment.
  • Provides technical information and assistance to employees as needed.
  • Verifies history of vehicles prior to claim submission to audit mileage, in service date, and past repair history.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas & V LOOKUP.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with peers and customers.
  • Experience with automotive software (Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP) is a plus.
