Shag Driver

Under general direction, responsible for the precision maneuvering of trailers within the facility yard and onto or off of loading docks to support seamless warehouse operations. The successful candidate must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and will be expected to perform frequent trailer movements, conduct regular yard audits, conduct seal audits, and maintain clear communication with dispatch via radio or yard management software. This role requires the physical stamina to frequently exit and enter the cab and manually operate trailer landing gear in all weather conditions, while strictly adhering to DOT safety protocols and maintaining accurate logs of all equipment moves.High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of educatin and experience
