Shipping and Receiving

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk. This role is responsible for picking and packing orders, preparing shipping documentation, coordinating with freight carriers, and receiving incoming shipments.

Shipping and Receiving Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Package items securely to ensure safe delivery
• Create and process shipping paperwork and labels
• Coordinate with freight companies, FedEx, and UPS
• Receive incoming deliveries and perform initial inspections
• Complete required receiving documentation and enter goods into the system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

Shipping and Receiving Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2–3 years of shipping and receiving experience required
• Working knowledge of computer systems for shipping documentation and receiving
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing 35–50 pounds Physical Requirements
• Frequent lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift
