Stable work environment with long-term growth potential Job Details Position Summary The Shipping & Receiving Specialist supports inbound and outbound material flow by preparing shipments, receiving product, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role is ideal for candidates interested in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations within an aerospace environment. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and documentation Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and paperwork Assist with bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping documentation Scan, file, and maintain shipping and receiving records Support inventory accuracy and material tracking Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status or discrepancies Follow all quality procedures, export compliance rules, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized shipping and receiving area Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience is a plus (not required) Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory systems Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and perform light physical work Good communication skills and a customer service mindset Interested in hearing more?
