Shipping Clerk

Tioga Pipe is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products we ship to our customers. Work in a team environment serving as a Shipping Clerk in a dynamic industrial distribution business.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify orders, packaging and details to ensure complete and accurate
• Enter specific details for orders shipped
• Assist drivers with paperwork and loading
• Assisting sales with orders and information requests
• Responding to incoming emails
• Handle issues that arise in relation to shipping
• Keep accurate files of goods shipped
• Prepare regular shipping reports for managers

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven work experience as a Shipping Clerk or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook along with basic computer skills. Baan system experience a plus but not required; in house training will be provided.
