Forklift Driver – Shipping & Receiving

Keep things moving and food fresh!

Join our Shipping & Receiving team and play a key role in getting high-quality food products where they need to go. If you're a hands-on team player who doesn't mind a cool environment and loves staying busy, this one's for you!

What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload product safely
• Keep products organized using FIFO rotation
• Scan pallets, verify counts, complete paperwork, and replace broken pallets
• Report any damaged product, safety concerns, or incidents right away
• Cross-train in other areas and support the team as needed
• Follow food safety, GMP, OSHA, and forklift procedures
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly

Work Environment

• Cold & wet environment (36°F–38°F)
• Fast-paced and team-oriented
• Forklift traffic—safety awareness is key!

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift
• Lift 1–25 lbs continuously, up to 50–75 lbs occasionally (empty pallets)
• Stack boxes 5–6 high and move product manually when needed

What You Bring

• Forklift experience & license
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities
• Basic math and organization skills
• Team-first attitude and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed

Safety First

PPE is required, including slip-resistant shoes, hair/beard nets, gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, bump cap, apron, rain gear, and more.
