Shipping & Receiving Associate: Capron, Illinois

Our customer in Capron, Illinois, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate to work full-time on 1st or 2nd shift. In this role, you will support warehouse and distribution operations by moving materials, managing inventory, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Associate:

• Pull orders from inventory and stage finished products for distribution.
• Deliver production materials and supplies to work areas as needed.
• Receive, identify, label, and store materials and supplies accurately.
• Verify materials against production orders and packing lists.
• Maintain in-process inventory by delivering and opening materials at work centers.
• Locate, pack, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment.
• Keep stock and storage areas clean, organized, and orderly.
• Follow all safety procedures and productivity standards.

Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Ability to meet quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons when required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.

Pay for Shipping & Receiving Associate:

$18.10–$18.80/hour.
