Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Team Member Department:31-Shipping

Reports To: Shipping/Receiving Manager FLSA Status:Non-Exempt

Location: Bement, IL

Pay Range: $17 - $20

Days: Tues-Fri 5:30am-4pm

Job Summary:

The shipping and receiving team member requires employees to learn the key responsibilities of the shipping and receiving departments through a cross training matrix.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick and Pack
• Wrap and weigh
• UPS, Fed-Ex, Worldship, TSC, Hockman
• LTL
• Bill of Lading
• Call Log
• OEM Basic Responsibilities
• International
• Cycle Count
• Receive and Check Production
• Dock Audit
• Containers
• Load and Unload Trailers
• Receive inventory accurately
• Understand the integrity of the product
• Label and check accuracy of 1020's
• Cycle count process
• Kanban replenishment
• Part location training warehouse
• Material delivery to Production and Shipping
• Process consignment parts
• Update ERP inventory movements
• Receipt of RMA's
• Load and unload Product Building M
• Vendor subcontract process
• Weekly clue and box order's
• Receive CSE's
• Office Support
• Manager back up responsibilities
• Loading and Unloading Pallets
• 5s Training
• Forklift Certification
• Box Truck Certification
• Be willing to train other employees throughout the cross-training matrix

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements

• Must have ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the day
• Standing long periods of time
• Reaching, bending, and squatting
• Required to work in non-temperature-controlled facility
