Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch to build a strong foundation
• Work alongside a sales agent to guide clients through home tours and showings
• Provide detailed written feedback to help refine and confirm clients' search criteria
• Generate leads a minimum of 10 hours per week
• Participate in weekly script practice to strengthen your communication skills
• Engage in team activities and contribute to team success
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology to stay organized and accountable
