Social Service Administrator

The Social Services Administrator is a key leadership role within the Division of Health Care Quality (DHCQ), responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of regulatory and programmatic initiatives impacting health care facilities across the continuum of care. This position leads policy and regulation development, monitors compliance with State and Federal requirements, and ensures alignment with recent legislation related to dementia care, staffing, and training standards. The Administrator collects, analyzes, and interprets program data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive continuous quality improvement. Serving as a liaison across agencies and stakeholders, this role also supports the operations of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) registry, manages special projects, and supports contract, grant, and program administration functions to enhance quality, transparency, and accountability across Delaware's health care system.
