Solder Operator
Revere Staffing Partners Corp. is seeking a skilled Solder Operator to join our manufacturing team in Milford, CT.

Responsibilities:

• Perform soldering and de-soldering tasks on electronic components following work instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect soldered joints to ensure they meet quality and industry standards.
• Use hand tools and soldering equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify and document any defects or issues during the soldering process.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to maintain high product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in soldering electronic components is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Pay rate competitive, commensurate with experience
