The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Spa Receptionist who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You'll Do

The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for spa guests, providing a warm welcome and orientation upon arrival. This role is responsible for booking spa, wellness, and recreational services, managing guest check-in and check-out, and delivering consistently courteous, efficient, and professional service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Clearly communicate, accurately book, and effectively sell all spa, fitness, and wellness services and products, including massages, facials, specialty treatments, salon services, personal training, and retail offerings
• Utilize all required computer and reservation systems to manage bookings and guest information
• Balance therapist and treatment room schedules to maximize spa productivity while maintaining fairness and adherence to established scheduling guidelines
• Welcome and orient guests, providing personalized tours of the entire spa facility
• Assist in locker room and relaxation areas as needed to ensure a serene, clean, and welcoming environment
• Support daily financial operations, including reconciling spa charges, handling cash transactions, and processing hotel postings in accordance with procedures

What To Bring

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required
• CPR Certification is preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Requires a working knowledge of computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), phone service skills, interpersonal and good communication skills, ability to multi-task
