Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or certification.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to document session outcomes and connect with diverse student populations.
- Ability to be flexible and responsive to varying caseloads and school environments.
- Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative spirit-teamwork ensures optimal student progress.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students as guided by a licensed speech-language pathologist, targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency.
- Support in the assessment and reporting process, including effective progress documentation.
- Assist in developing and preparing materials to facilitate student engagement and therapy session goals.
- Collaborate frequently with educators, parents, and other support staff to foster student success.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as scheduled by the school or supervisory SLP.
