Anthony J. Madonia & Associates, Ltd. is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to join our established and respected practice. This full-time, on-site position will work closely with the firm’s senior CPA, attorneys, and clients on matters involving estate planning, probate, trust administration, and tax-related planning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in growing within a collaborative legal and financial planning environment. This role is a strong fit for a CPA who has experience in tax or accounting and wants to build deeper experience in estate, trust, and probate-related matters. Work Environment This is a full-time, on-site position based in Schaumburg, Illinois. The firm offers a collaborative and professional environment focused on delivering high-quality service to clients. This position will work under the direction of the senior CPA while also collaborating with attorneys and other members of the firm. Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits • Group Health Insurance with BlueCross Blue Shield. Responsibilities: • Prepare individual, fiduciary, trust, and estate-related tax filings under the guidance of the senior CPA • Assist with tax planning and accounting matters related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration • Support the senior CPA and attorneys with financial analysis, reporting, and client planning needs • Help track assets, distributions, income, expenses, and related documentation for trusts and estates • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with compliance-related tasks • Communicate professionally with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and outside professionals • Research tax and accounting questions as needed to support client matters • Assist with preparing reports, summaries, and supporting documentation for client meetings and internal review Qualifications: • Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Illinois, or ability to obtain licensure in Illinois • 1 to 3 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, or public accounting • Familiarity with federal and Illinois tax returns for individuals and small businesses • Exposure to trust or estate taxation is a plus but not required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with senior team members Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 yearly

Compensation:
$100,000-$110,000 per year
