Job Duties for Stamping Machine Operatorposition:

• Workers in this role will operate the following machinery: presses, benders and draw machines
• Maintain efficient processes for all machine operation
• Ensure effective machine performance by apply preventive maintenance and remain alert regarding the machinery's behavior
• Keep up with the required production quota and/or rate
• Weld necessary components
• Identify parts out of compliance with the company's quality standards
• Participate in all training(s) as required
• Complete other job duties as assigned
• Follow all safety standards and procedures

Job Requirements and Desired Skills for Assembly Machine Operator| Production position:

• Ability to follow instructions, understand production requirements, and differentiate between good and bad parts
• Perform minor maintenance on equipment and rotate jobs using multiple machines
• Shows care and attention to details, especially regarding quality of parts manufactured and safety
• Possess fine motor skills and the necessary hand dexterity for precise tasks
• Ability to stand for a shift that could be up to twelve hours daily
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to squat, stoop, bend, kneel, twist and reach
• Ability to work in an environment that is loud and not climate controlled
