As our sales manager, you'll own membership sales and consistently push the studio toward new growth milestones. You'll build relationships across the Bethany community, execute creative marketing campaigns and promotions, lead, coach, and inspire sales associates, partner with lead flexologists, keep our CRM, operations, and studio systems running smoothly, and champion a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and results.

This role is 8090% sales-focused, perfect for someone who loves the chase, loves the close, and loves seeing their work turn into real, measurable impact.

You're confident, goal driven, and energized by connecting with people. You love building relationships, you're organized and data-minded, and you're passionate about wellness and helping people feel their best.

You bring 2+ years of sales experience (membership sales is a huge plus), a proven ability to generate leads and close deals, strong communication skills across phone, text, email, and in-person, comfort working both independently and collaboratively, a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends), and a genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and improving quality of life.

Compensation and growth include a base salary of $41,600$49,920, high performers earning well above the top of the range, commission on memberships and retail, and tiered bonuses tied to studio performance.
