Student Operations Associate- Bullitt County-Fulltime
The Operations Associate leads behind the scenes logistics for Student Ministry events and programming. Our desire is for this role to take ownership of operational tasks and workflows. They also lead the volunteers that serve in these areas.
What You'll be Doing:
- Recruit, equip, and shepherd operational student volunteer teams: Guest Experience, Hospitality, Tear Down, Security.
- Oversee operations and workflows for events, weekly programs, and communications
- Implement communication strategies through mailings, electronic updates, print materials and communications requests
- Oversee the church database and data entry for Student Ministry at BC Campus
- Develop a working knowledge and understanding of Southeast culture, policies & procedures
- Monitor budgets, handle purchases, check requests, deposits etc.
- Assist in ordering supplies for Student Ministry
- Manage Student Ministry email and calendar
- Lead volunteers to support Student Ministry operations
- Utilize data to implement and execute more ministry moments outside of regular programming and events
- Intake, Clearing, and Connecting students interested in serving in the church.
- Logistics point of contact for volunteers and families
- Attend and participate in all appropriate staff and team meetings
- Work with other staff at the campus to support all-in events and fill gaps for other ministries when needed

- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Capable of easily learning new computer concepts
- Flexible with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- Must reside in Bullitt County or be willing to relocate within the first 6 months
- High School degree (or equivalent)
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Ministry, Administrative, or Project Management experience preferred
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church (or willing to become one); supports our Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church; lives out our church Mantra in tangible ways.
