General Description
Assist faculty and staff with office tasks and classroom projects.
Essential Job Duties
1. Enter data into various computer systems.
2. Make copies and scan documents.
3. Answer phones, take message and assist patrons.
4. File and organize documents.
5. Run errands across campus.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
1. Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette.
2. Be dependable, self-directed and motivated.
3. Adhere to strict ethical and legal requirements concerning confidentiality and protecting information.
4. Must be detail oriented.
5. Ability to interact with students, faculty and staff in a positive and effective way.
6. Able to follow spoken and written directions.
7. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Good keyboarding and computer skills.
