About the Employer

Welcome to the Whittier City School District, a Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade school district with eight elementary schools, two middle schools, one K-8 school, and two virtual learning academies. We serve approximately 6,300 students who matriculate into the Whittier Union High School District. Whittier City School District offers advanced technology programs, including 1:1 devices, Apple TV, and innovative instruction to support all students. Whittier City School District is one of seven local districts that join together in a Special Education Cooperative (SELPA) serving Whittier area special needs students. Requirements / Qualifications

• DMV Printout ( H-6 DMV "Official" printout of driving record • Must submit H-6 report obtained from Department of Motor Vehicles Office with blue watermark [$5] )
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three Letters of recommendation)
• Proof of HS Graduation (Transcripts, GED or copy of High School diploma accepted (minimum requirement))

Comments and Other Information

Under supervision, to perform a variety of activities related to the delivery of equipment, materials, student meals and related materials to the various District schools; to drive a delivery vehicle loading or unloading vehicle as needed; and to do other related work as required.
