Substitute Front Desk Support

Orange Community Education and Recreation is seeking a reliable and professional Substitute Front Desk Support team member to provide coverage as needed. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting visitors, handling administrative tasks, and supporting staff during absences or high-demand periods.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email systems, scheduling software)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
  • Ability to pass required background check
