What You'll Do

• Help customers start their adventures Greet customers, assist with rental bookings, and walk them through their RV so they feel confident and ready for the road.
• Keep rentals running smoothly Schedule rental departures and returns, enter rental contracts, and coordinate minor maintenance needs.
• Be the go-to helper for customers Answer calls, help troubleshoot basic questions, and assist customers if they experience issues during their trip.
• Support the rental team Work closely with the Rental Manager and team members to ensure every customer has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
