Job Description
Manage the execution of daily Global Order Scheduling and Backlog Management between Juniper and its Contract Manufacturers. You will regularly review and analyze key metrics, execute & govern standard operating procedures while escalating problems in an appropriate and timely manner. Provide leadership and guidance to Contract Manufacturer to ensure achievement of contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and ongoing collaboration to drive business transformation in support of Juniper & Partners objectives. Work cross-functionally with Juniper site teams, central functions and IT to ensure people, process & technologies meet and/or exceed requirements for delivering success. Lead activities/tasks beyond typical role, such as reporting & analytics, sizing business impact of business change and collaborating/driving improvement initiatives. You will be empowered to make critical decisions regarding your business and share best practices with others to support learning & development.
Responsibilities
- Drive efficiency, automation and expansion of processes, capabilities and efficiencies of DOF and/or HUB site(s)
- Explore, propose and drive synergies across functions, sites & CMs in support of Customer Experience in delivering Perfect Orders.
- Manage, analyze & report delivery performance metrics associated with Global Order Scheduling
- Lead Daily On-site Production meetings, driving actions and root cause analysis associated with at risk and missed Customer commitments
- Act as primary site point-of-contact for Global Sales Operations provided status and risk mitigation plans associated with Expedites and Escalations and Backlog prioritization
- Execute necessary transactional tasks associated with Sales & Purchase Orders required to fulfill Customer and Internal demand
- Partner with Juniper Supply Chain Managers on key process, policies and capability transformation needed to support growth, scale and efficiency of shared processes in manage fulfillment in service to a positive Customer Experience.
- Provide DOF Planning back-up support of all global DOF and HUB sites as required
- Support Qtr-end activities related to achieving revenue attainment goals.
- Manage TL9000 Process maps and manage CM's corrective action as required.
- Ensure all TL9000 documents are filed/retained.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent.
- 6+ years of production planning experience, preferably in an enterprise manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years Program/Project Management experience preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin languages
- Successful track record of leading change at a systemic level
- Experience with ERP tools (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience & Good Skills in Macros
- Proficiency with collaboration suite of products, specifically MS Office 365 & Google.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Position is onsite in FlexPenang, Malaysia
Preferred Qualifications

- Relocation is not available for this position
- Travel requirements for the position <5%
- This position will need to support US region orders, working hours will need to be adjusted per requirements
