Support Staff

Support Staff Position

The Support Staff aids in all summer camp programs, activities, operations and staff as directed.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Participate and assist with all camp programming
2. Assist the facilities department with maintenance, grounds and housekeeping duties as needed
3. Assist with kitchen and dining hall duties including serving, dish washing, sweeping, mopping, etc.
4. Participate in camp programming, trainings and staff devotions
5. Assist counselors with campers and bedtime responsibilities
6. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15 years of age

Education/Experience:

• Previous experience working with children a plus
• Previous experience supervising camper desired
• Willingness to work as part of the ministry team with other staff members

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Computer Skills:

• Basic computer skills required

Certificates and Licenses:

• Complete Safe From Harm training, and keep current as needed
