Surgical Scheduler & Insurance Coordinator

We’re hiring an entry to mid-level, Surgical Scheduler & Insurance Coordinator to manage fast-paced, multi-provider surgical workflows from order to post-op—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end surgical scheduling across multiple surgeons
• Manage pre-certifications, insurance verification, and medical necessity
• Coordinate equipment, implants, and vendor needs
• Prepare and validate surgical documentation (orders, H&P, charts)
• Communicate benefits, estimates, and patient financial responsibility
• Resolve scheduling issues proactively and collaborate across teams

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years in surgical scheduling / OR coordination
• Strong knowledge of insurance workflows, CPT/ICD coding
• Experience managing high-volume, complex cases
• Excellent communication and multi-system proficiency
