We are seeking an experienced and organized Tax Senior to join our client’s team. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and detail staff work products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Prepare complex tax returns and related documents
• Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Maintain a high level of organization and responsibility in managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Requirements:

• 5-7 years experience in tax preparation and management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in an office environment with potential for hybrid work arrangements
