The Team Lead Caregiver responsibilities include:
- Working as a caregiver providing cares for our residents
- Helping to foster a positive environment
- Helping with scheduling on your shift
- Helping complete 14-30-90-day work performance reviews
- Assisting with new hire on-boarding and training
Requirements
Team Lead Caregiver Qualifications:
- Desire to help and care for others
- Previous CNA and Long-Term Care experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Currently a certified med passer
