Shift Supervisor – Sparkle Express Car Wash

Location: Matteson, Illinois

At Sparkle Express Car Wash, we don't just wash cars — we deliver fast, high-quality service powered by strong teamwork. We're looking for a Shift Supervisor who can lead from the front, keep operations running smoothly, and create a great experience for both customers and staff.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily operations during your shift with confidence and efficiency.
• Motivate, coach, and support team members on the ground.
• Ensure top-tier cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues quickly.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Drive performance and help the team succeed in our commission program.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership presence and team-first mindset.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus (not required).
• Someone eager to grow and step into bigger responsibilities.

Pay & Perks:

• $16.50 – $17.50/hour
