Position Summary
OrthoVirginia is seeking a motivated Therapy Tech / Personal Trainer to join our Ashburn clinic. This hybrid role supports both the Physical Therapy and Sports Performance departments, providing consistent full-time hours while fostering collaboration between rehabilitation and performance services. The long-term objective of the role is to progressively build a personal training client load while gradually decreasing therapy tech hours. This dual-role structure allows the individual to work closely alongside physical therapists to build rapport with patients and gain clinical experience, while developing a personal training clientele that helps bridge the transition from rehabilitation to sports performance, fitness classes, and return-to-sport programming.
