Tractor Operator

Job Duties

Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Operates farm-type tractors, backhoe attachments and front end loaders;
• Operates trucks for delivery of items from one area to another, such as supplies, equipment, furniture, food, soiled linen etc.;
• Operates mowers to mow lawns, to remove leaves, to remove snow, clean parking lots, roads, sidewalks, entranceways, and to remove and replace soil;
• Performs daily cleaning and maintenance of tractor, truck and all equipment used;
• Performs backhoe operations and snow/ice removal;
• Plants trees, shrubs and flower beds;
• Keeps trash and debris removed from roadways, sidewalks and entrances;
• Performs other duties as assigned

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm
