Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license for Georgia required to start the assignment. Current CPR certification. Familiarity with electronic documentation and basic computer functions including email, internet navigation, and online training platforms. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance for making home visits. Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred. 2–3 years of physical therapy experience preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift: Days. Schedule: 5x8.
