Job Summary Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy services to neonatal patients in a NICU setting. Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment. Perform and interpret arterial blood gases and other diagnostic tests. Educate and support patients and their families about respiratory care needs. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using Epic charting system. Qualifications Valid Nebraska State Respiratory Therapist license or willingness to obtain. Current certification in ACLS and BLS required. CRT required, RRT preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in respiratory therapy, including experience in large Level 1 Trauma centers. Experience with Epic charting system preferred. Willingness to comply with facility requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination mandates.
