The ideal candidate will have strong critical care skills and the ability to work independently while delivering compassionate patient care across multiple age groups. ✅ Must-Have Skills: ✔ Active Montana Respiratory Therapist License ✔ Strong respiratory therapy and ventilator management experience ✔ Experience with EPIC EMR preferred ✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment ✔ Strong patient assessment and communication skills Experience Required: ✔ Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience ✔ Acute care experience preferred Key Responsibilities: • Provide respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic services • Monitor and evaluate patient respiratory status • Administer oxygen therapy and respiratory medications • Manage ventilators and airway support • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams • Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR • Follow evidence-based respiratory care protocols CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 296196.
