Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a travel job in Ducktown, Tennessee. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Tennessee Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with ADL retraining, transfers, and use of durable medical equipment preferred. Client requires competency with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and families. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
