Role Overview
The Travel Support Advisor assists clients throughout the travel planning process by providing timely support, coordinating arrangements, and helping ensure a smooth and organized experience. This role focuses on communication, accuracy, and dependable follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to clients with travel-related questions and requests
Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and activities
Review itineraries and booking details for accuracy
Communicate updates, confirmations, and important travel information
Support adjustments or changes to existing travel plans
Maintain clear and organized client records
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer support skills
Close attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Comfortable working with online tools and booking platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience in customer service, administrative support, or hospitality is a plus
