We are expanding our teams in Carson City and Minden and looking for experienced Treatment Coordinators who want long term stability, advancement opportunities, and a career they can grow in. This is a key front office role that directly impacts patient trust, case acceptance, and overall office success.

• Reviewing and presenting treatment plans clearly

• Explaining insurance coverage and financial responsibilities

• Discussing payment options confidently

• Coordinating scheduling and supporting office flow

• Ensuring patients feel informed and comfortable moving forward with care

Pay: $20 to $24 per hour DOE

• Dental front office experience required

• Experience with treatment planning and dental insurance

• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Bilingual Spanish preferred
