Front Office / Treatment Care Coordinator

Bright Now! Dental in Martinez, CA, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a friendly, energetic, and patient-focused Front Office / Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who brings a great personality, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Schedule (days/hours):

Monday 9-7p, Tuesday 9-7p, Wednesday 8-530p, Thursday 730-430p, Friday 8-530p

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a welcoming atmosphere for patients and greet each patient with a warm welcome
• Guiding: Assist patients with check in/check out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options, guiding them through their visit with ease and professionalism
• Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing us for their dental care and treat everyone with respect and professionalism

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation: $20-$23/hour
