Glacier Homemade Ice Cream & Gelato in Castle Rock, CO is seeking an Truck Driver and Lead Mobile Server to join our 20+ member strong team. We are located at 115 Wilcox Street, Suite 110. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Required

• Adult, 21 years old and up.
• Must have a completely clean driving record!
• Strong leadership qualities are a must, we will train
• 26 to 30+ hours a week, must be available four days a week
• Work week is based on Civic and Catering Events schedule. Must be willing to work on Friday and Saturday when scheduled each week otherwise workdays are flexible

Responsibilities

• Driving the truck, serving at the events, Setup, and teardown after the event is closed.
• Customer service, serving at the counter during specific hours and shifts
• Ensure appropriate inventory and supplies are in place for each event
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met
• Lead / Manage team members to conduct themselves in Glacier Owners values and culture
• Hold team accountable for their performance
• Ensure the team provides fast, friendly, and the highest quality service
• Ensure proper cash handling

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members
• Possess a positive attitude that supports our values and culture
• Ability to manage the highest quality work environment, fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused, and team member-focused Ice Cream Mobile Truck
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Strong leadership skills to manage team members, while maintaining respect
