What You'll Do As an Operations Support employee, you'll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivering fertilizer and chemicals to farms. Communicating effectively with customers. Calibrating application equipment. Maintaining order & cleanliness of warehouse. Ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations. Lifting up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.

What You Bring Class A or B CDL required. HazMat & Tanker endorsements preferred (or willing to obtain within 6 months). Ability to operate a manual transmission. 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred). Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklifts, semi-trucks, trailers). Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. High school diploma or GED. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps). Strong communication and customer service skills.
