• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM (school pick-up and afternoon care)
• Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (hybrid/home-learning days)
• Optional Saturday: 3–5 hours as needed

Core Responsibilities

Childcare and Development
• Provide reliable school pick-up three days per week
• Maintain a calm, steady, emotionally supportive presence
• Support after-school routines including snacks, decompression, reading, and creative time
• Assist with homework and structured learning
• Facilitate age-appropriate creative, emotional, and educational activities
• Encourage independence, confidence, emotional regulation, and consistent routines
• Ensure safety and respectful communication at all times

Hybrid Schooling Support (Tuesday/Thursday)
• Guide at-home academic activities (reading, math practice, enrichment)
• Prepare and organize learning materials
• Structure at-home learning time with gentle guidance
• Supervise enrichment outings (library, outdoor time, creative activities)
• Monitor screen time in accordance with household expectations

Household-Related Duties (Child-Focused)
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Reset kitchen areas used during nanny shift
• Manage child laundry (wash, fold, organize)
• Maintain clean and organized play, bedroom, and learning spaces
• Complete a daily end-of-shift home reset for areas used with the child
• Organize school materials, backpacks, and clothing as needed

• Occasional evening support
• Assistance with school projects or special events
• Child-related errands such as library book returns or picking up supplies
• Seasonal organization of books, clothing, and toys
• Help planning weekly activity themes
• Supervise local outings

Occasional travel may be requested for family trips or vacations. Participation is optional and discussed well in advance. All travel-related expenses will be covered by the family. Routine and structure should be maintained during travel.
