Utility Cleaner (Vacuum Specialist)

RWK Services, Inc is hiring immediately for af part time utility cleaning positions in Independence, OH. This individual is responsible as vacuum specialist position utilizing a battery backpack vacuuming tenant space, common areas from 6pm-10pm

Pay Range: $13.50/HR

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6pm-10pm

Requirements:

• 1+ years of previous office cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented
• Must be able to pass preemployment background check
• Able to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing.
