Valet Key Attendant

As a Valet Key Attendant, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests by providing efficient and courteous valet services. Responsibilities include safely and responsibly parking and retrieving guests' vehicles in designated areas, maintaining a high level of care and attention while operating guests' vehicles, assisting guests with opening doors, retrieving belongings, and ensuring a smooth transition to and from their vehicles. Promptly issue valet claim tickets, retain departmental valet claim tickets, and ensure return of guest's portion of valet claim ticket. Ensure accountability of all tickets, immediately report variance to supervisor, ensure that all keys are logged, pulled, and placed on the window ledge in the order that they were time and date stamped, manage traffic flow at the valet stand to ensure a safe and organized environment, coordinate with other valet attendants to optimize parking space usage, and effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and casino staff. Conduct basic visual inspections of guests' vehicles for damage or other issues; report any damages or issues promptly and accurately.

Qualifications include previous experience as a valet attendant or in a similar customer service role, a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, excellent customer service and communication skills, and the ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
