What You'll Do

• Safely transport students and authorized passengers to and from school and special events
• Perform pre-trip safety checks and ensure the van is clean and well-maintained
• Assist students in boarding and exiting the van safely
• Enforce safety rules and report any behavioral issues to the appropriate supervisors
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to keep everyone safe on the road
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and school personnel
• Keep detailed records of trips, maintenance needs, and any incidents

What We're Looking For

• Valid Minnesota driver's license
• Commitment to student safety and strong driving skills
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude when working with kids
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
